Great advice on hydration! Iβve been lifting for a few years now, and I can definitely say staying hydrated has made a big difference in my performance. Thanks for the reminder to keep drinking water during those intense sessions! π§πͺ
Absolutely! I never realized how much hydration affected my lifts until I started paying attention to it. Do you have any tips on how to keep track of water intake throughout the day?
@MichaelFitz2099 I use a big water bottle with measurement marks. It helps me see how much Iβve drunk throughout the day. Plus, there are some great apps out there that can remind you to drink water regularly!
@MichaelFitz2099 Yeah, those apps are a game changer. I also add a little bit of lemon or cucumber to my water to make it more interesting. Keeps me drinking all day.
Iβve always struggled with hydration. Sometimes I just forget to drink water until I'm super thirsty. Any tips for staying consistent with it?
@ryanjames5704 Setting reminders on your phone works for me. Also, making it a habit to drink a glass of water before and after meals can help keep you on track!
Hydration is so underrated! Iβve noticed my recovery time is much better when I stay properly hydrated. Thanks for bringing this up, more people need to hear it!
@FitLifeGuru786 Definitely agree. Itβs amazing how something as simple as water can have such a big impact on performance and recovery. Stay hydrated, everyone!
Anyone here try electrolyte drinks? Are they worth it or just stick to water?
@GymRatMatty509 I think they can be helpful, especially if you sweat a lot during your workouts. Just watch out for the ones with too much sugar.
@GymRatMatty509 Yep, electrolyte drinks can be useful if youβre doing really intense workouts. But for most people, water is usually enough. Itβs all about finding what works best for you!
